Aim of this program is to ensure participants are aware of the elements of transformational leadership and how beneficial these are for managers and employees from all levels in the enterprise. The purpose of this program is to ensure participants face and overcome the challenges of introducing of transformational leadership. Recognizing training will not fill all performance gaps, this program helps key people within the enterprise create a TNA approach which will which will aid identifying gaps which can be filled by training and development. By investing in their people, stimulating career development processes, creating talent management activities and building succession management schemes, the leaders of the enterprise will ensure good return from this key resource, getting the best out of available employees and encouraging development of strengths.
