Program Overview

The purpose of this program is to execute an intensive awareness program for managers and employees from all levels, creating the awareness of the need for a sense of urgency in planning and execution. Speed and sense of urgency is all about delivering an optimum amount of quality in the quickest time, which adds up to producing real value.
