Stimulate recognition of the need to be prepared to change in reaction to incoming factors and to develop proactive approached and embrace change; recognition by key people that last year's successes cannot be replicated next year by using last year's methods. Ensure leaders, managers and employees from all levels are aware of the volatile, uncertain, unstable, complex and ambiguous world affecting the enterpise, their division department and own workload. Aid the employees in the enterprise to develop activites and processes which are relevant for the company enabling them to have a sustainable and positive approach to the need for change.
