In the last few decades, emotional intelligence has become just as important as someone's IQ when it comes to predicting success in a career and in relationships. Being able to identify and control emotions of others, are all signs of an emotionally-intelligent person. Someone with a high EQ (Emotional-Intelligence Quotient) is more likely to healthy and happy than someone who is puzzled by their own emotions and those of others.
