After completion of this programme, the participant will be able to:
Duty free marketing managers / teams, analytics manager, airport category manager and analytics team
Pre read on material relevant to travel retail sales and customer service
Prior exposure to marketing function in retail/ duty free, exposure to retail analytics, category management experiencet
The participant would need to sit for a final examination towards the end of the training program and secure a minimum of 80% in order to pass.
A ‘Effective Marketing and Analytics Skills’ certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the course and passing the final examination.
