How people conduct themselves in the enterprise when communicating with all stakeholders has an immediate and real effect. Poor communication damages brand-perception and impedes revenue growth and can add costs to the running of the enterprise. Ensuring email etiquette and good meeting etiquette is adhered to can add immediate benefit to the bottom line of the enterprise; it is surprising how many senior leaders and managers and employees are not aware of the need for improved business etiquette to add value to the company. The aim and purpose of this program is to highlight impediments to effective good manners in business, from simple but powerful actions such as ensuring EVERY phone which rings gets answered, to ensuring there is always someone available to cover for other people when they are not in the office or building.
