The aim of the program is to encourage participants to find ways to make best use of time. Too often, leaders, managers and key employees allow themselves to be robbed of time; and time is the only resource which we cannot have back. The aim is create the awareness of the need for solution-oriented approaches to problem-solving and conflict resolution, improvements in communication and cooperation, encourage the acceptance being open to new ideas, and to suggest ways to pro-actively manage solutions through people taking greater initiative and ownership, thus becoming more accountable for their responsibilities and encouraging improving processes and activities. The purpose of this program is to encourage participants to step aside time for work on important goals, with effective diary control ensuring this time is not wasted on interruptions or distractions. Stimulating a sense of urgency, and a culture where distractions and interruptions are pushed aside are key aims of this program.
