Maintenance errors cost the aviation industry hundreds of millions of dollars every year in injuries, delays, cancellations, air turn-backs, ground damage, and other problems. In addition, these errors contribute to 15-20 percent of major airline accidents. When one of these incidents occurs, a frequently asked question is, how could this have happened? Human factors program can help reduce maintenance errors. This course doesn't intend to make a Human Factors expert, rather it is meant to provide practical guidance
