This program will develop the participants' skills and behaviours to offer exceptional customer care when performing their duties at the airport terminal. The training aims to empower participants to provide effective solutions to airport passengers’ as well as other stakeholders’ requests and problems as and when they arise.
After successful completion of this program, the participant will be able to:
New hires, junior managers, shift supervisors of Airport Terminal Operations, Airport Stakeholders
Working level knowledge of English language
The participant would need to sit for a final examination towards the end of the training program and secure a minimum of 80% in order to pass.
