After successful completion of this program, the participant will be able to:
Category managers, buyers and duty-free procurement teams; airport category managers
Pre-read on material relevant to travel retail sales and customer service.
The participant would need to sit for a final examination towards the end of the training program and secure a minimum of 80% in order to pass.
