|Gulf Aviation Academy to start Sky Marshall Training in Bahrain
Bahrain International Airshow , Sakheer Air Base, 21 January: Gulf Aviation Academy recently signed a deal with Triangular Group to initiate training for a sky marshal program in Bahrain.
Partnering with Triangular Group, based in the Netherlands, will give GAA a unique opportunity to make sure that both airlines and airports will have tighter security designed by a Sky Marshall Program as an integrated security concept. Domestic authorities benefit from an ‘Early Warning’ tool that potentially detects possible threats at the foreign airport before departure.
Attending from Triangular Group for the signing ceremony are Managing Partners Mr. Ray Klassens and Daan Brink along with Captain Dhaffer Al Abbasi and Mr. Deniz Cop from Gulf Aviation Academy. During the ceremony, Mr. Klassens stated that “We are honoured being invited to attend the BIAS 2016 for such a special occasion as signing a MOU with the GAA.
