SEP OPERATOR (Code: S07)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs Daily Readiness checks for all training equipment
  • Ensures that activities are performed to the required standard using laid down procedures to maintain maximum and continuous SEP service availability.
  • Perform the Daily Routine basic Maintenance Schedule
  • Report/address all defects recorded in the Technical Logs
  • Ensures that day-to-day operations are effective and efficient
  • Ensures that safety and security regulations are strictly adhered to in full.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in HND is required.
  • Knowledge of English is required
  • Adroitness with hands.

SIMULATOR TECHNICIAN (Code: S05)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of all training equipment and facilities prior to the commencement of training.
  • Carries out preventive and corrective actions with minimum impact on customer satisfaction. Carries out fault escalation and problem rectification
  • Works closely with Simulator Engineers to gain the required knowledge and experience.
  • Support and implement the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities associated with the simulator and training equipment. Ensures that activities are performed to the required standard.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Aircraft engineering is required.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of programming is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of electronic fault finding techniques.

SIMULATOR ENGINEER (Code: S04)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures effective planning and work allocation is conducted in accordance to priorities.
  • Provides most effective solutions and hereafter takes necessary actions to resolve customer problems and reports any abnormality to higher level..
  • Ensures that sufficient materials are available and all required tools/equipment are in good condition and safe to use.
  • Carries out preventive and corrective actions with minimum impact on customer satisfaction.
  • Contributes in the technical evaluations of products/services and produce relevant reports. Maintain, repair and evaluate all simulator equipment and associated training equipment
  • Monitors the day to day operation, maintenance and supervision of the quality of the customer services.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in Flight Simulator Engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Aircraft engineering is required.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of programming is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of electronic fault finding techniques.

GROUND SERVICE TRAINING OFFICER (Code: T10)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arranges and coordinates commercial and ground services programs with relevant partners, and internal or external units.
  • Updates course materials for commercial and ground services programs.
  • Monitors and ensures effective and timely delivery of training programs.
  • Monitors the database of record keeping of the training courses attendees.
  • Responsible for coordinating all commercial and ground training equipment maintenance.
  • Prepares the policies and procedures manual for the entire training course.
  • Liaises with Quality Assurance Unit in documenting all training records and manuals to meet the Academy’s standards and to obtain external authority’s approvals.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in aviation industry
  • Fluent English and Arabic
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of training processes and curriculum (Preferable)
  • AVSEC Background (Preferable)

HR MANAGER (Code: H01)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and develops HR policies and procedures
  • Reviews the performance of each unit, in line with the set budgets objectives, and KPI’s
  • Reviews the organizational structure
  • Develops, direct and control the implementation of training and development policies
  • Ensures best recruitment practices are adopted
  • Leads the initiation and implementation of HR special
  • Maintains the headcount for the Academy
  • Provides HR related support and council to other Units and managers
  • Provide administrative support
  • Oversees and manages employees’ counseling service
  • Balances the costs and quality of manpower

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field is required.
  • Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development is preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in human resources
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Aviation, flight, operations, logistics and transportation training is preferred.
  • Interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • Familiar with Bahrain Labor Law
