Baines Simmons Programmes

As we focus on providing our customers in the MENA region with a spectrum of high quality and added value training courses, GAA has partnered with Baines Simmons to provide world-class safety training and consulting services at our Bahrain facilities commencing from August 2011. These high-quality training courses are aimed at delivering tangible results and developed to meet our clients’ needs and facilitate long-lasting outcomes. With over 300 clients world-wide, Baines Simmons has become a trusted partner to the some of the world’s leading aviation organizations in over 40 countries – and direct support to over 30 National Regulatory Authorities.

GAA aims to launch its first courses targeted at emphasizing and improving the safety levels and operations of clients in the region, providing insight on best practice, improving compliance, reducing risk, and saving money. The launch courses for this partnership will be:

Safety Management Systems – Effective Implementation (3 days duration).
Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (1 day duration).
Effective Event investigation – Maintenance (3 days duration).

Towards the end of the year, the following courses will be offered to clients in the region:

Human Factors in Aircraft Maintenance (3 days duration).
Human Factors – Advanced (3 days duration).
EASA Part-145 – Successfully Applying the Regulation (2 days duration).

These courses are particularly relevant for Aviation Regulators, Airline Operators, MROs, Cargo & Logistics, and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations.
